wow! thank you so much for sharing this makes me happy! next time you cook wings again I would suggest to control the heat and cook them at a medium to low oil. what did you diffrent than my recipe? how many people did you feed? I would love to make a video soon for everyone

I fed my wife and I. I used rice bran oil and I didn’t use fresh coriander for convenience... I used dried diced coriander from a jar.The heat was definitely a bit too hot and the garlic and coriander pieces in the pan turned black and stuck to the wings but the burnt black pieces were detachable easily and the flavor was fantastic.I used 12 wings.Didn’t have tempura flour in my shops so I used plain flour and didn’t coat every piece... maybe that’s a part I can improve on?

yes def tempura flour and use just the stems of coriander. The sauce is what makes it delicious too, it's called: nam jim seafood or Thai seafood sauce. These wings I think are all over YouTube. Happy new year

Hello. I feel hungry seeing this picture. You can try adding some sliced red chillies with chopped garlic sauteed in a little oil and sprinkle over the chicken and serve 😊

it is deep fry but not in like a pot of oil, just a pan that covers the wings. I would look up some youtube videos of it

ok .. you put browning on the wings to get that dark colour or you didnt flour the wing

I used tempura but the trick is to just sprinkle a little bit to create a paste vs drowning it in tempura. I shall make a video! I always wanted to try making a YouTube channel
