Wow, i was wondering if you could process a raw duck/chicken at home! Is the process for separating chicken about the same?

It is, but duck seems much easier to do, it's like it wants to be jointed and it almost falls apart by itself, whereas chicken needs a bit more persuading and some bone cutting!
