Mmm.. I just love chicken gizzards & chicken hearts I have a chicken hearts & gravy recipe I also do with chicken gizzards... I can't wait to try your chicken gizzards stew : )

I love chicken hearts aswell. I often go to Brazilian Rodizio's and they do the hearts on a kabab stick barbecued. Love them.

Mmm yes barbecue heart skewers sounds awesome... a lot of times I'll fry up chicken hearts in garlic butter and sit and munch on them like popcorn lol
