Never thought of adding spices to chapati. Didn't even think it coud be a think. Am used to vegetables in chapati (carrots, pumpkin etc) and spices in mandazi. This is a must try. Thanks for the recipe

How come my chapatis cook very soft then after sometime they become crunchy? What can I do about it

@Sly99 don't expose them, try covering with a clean table cloth or foil.
