I have also China orange I make it from squash and spicy pickle it is tasty in both version

After cutting the cooked oranges into two and removing seeds do I have to get out the juice from the oranges. If so totally or partly.Sugar salt Garam masala to be mixed in juice only to cook till sugar melts.Any water to be mixed.
