Your ingredient list doesn't mention balsamic vinegar but in the method of cooking it mentions it. Just thought I'd let you know. I plan on making this dish soon. Thanks for sharing.

Made for dinner tonight and these turned out great. The boys asked for them again. I didn't have brown mustard (thought I had in pantry), so I used basic yellow mustard, I will be sure to make with brown mustard next time! I also have one family member that doesn't like a lot of salt and one that doesn't care for pepper, so I used half what recipe calls for, since I only had three pork chops and they were on the small side. Recipe is a keeper, thanks!!!
