I also hate zucchini I promise 😂 that’s why I put the zucchini in the oven for 20 minutes before: the texture is dry so you avoid the wet sensation of the zucchini, it really looks like a pizza believe me!

lol! I took your word for it and had it for dinner! Yum yum! I hate zucchini but this pizza was AMAZING! I used goat milk cheese and organic sauce but other that that I followed your recipe! Amazing !
