I was dubious about this recipe. It looked too simple. (One of the easiest meals it is possible to cook). And I was unsure how rhubarb would marry with lentils. I was surprised at quite how delicious the stew was. Quite light with the lemon overtones (even though no lemon was added). I had added some chili because I usually do when I cook lentils. I really enjoyed the dish.
