Something new , but isn't kulith hard to cook & digest also .When I make Kulith dal , even after soaking it overnight , I have to take at least 15 whistles to cook it to become soft , the consistency that I want .

@Bina_Samir, it is easy when we fry it.. suitable in winter and rainy seasons. It should not be older, I mean in light colour not dark brown colour , as it is hard to digest..
