So this is what you made with the azuki!! Actually, I just visited Kumamoto in Kyushu last month and ate ikinari dumplings! I loved them so I'm super excited you shared the recipe!

awesome. I try to make mochi's before but came oit wrong. plus there's to much sugar used, and I am not a big fan of sweet!!!

It says " sweet potato " in the instructions but the one in the picture is white. The only sweet potatoes I know of are an orange ish color. I don't know there a different kind of sweet potato? Where can I find one?

Hi sherrihborders, thanks for sending me a message. And sorry for my late reply. As you mentioned, I used whitish yellow sweet potatoes. They might seem white, but they are sweet potatoes.

Well,... I don't how your orange color sweet potato, and don't know where you can find white one. If you feel like, please try making it with orange sweet potatoes! Sooo glad if you share it with me :)
