Hi.the rest of the process is not available?pole.for me I soak my rice overnight,I drain the water completely.Coconut and rice the ratio is 1:1.add rice,sugar,egg white,cardamon,2tbs of flour,and 1tbs of yeast.blend together intil soft.wacha for it to rise.untill intil double in sz.mix well and start cooking.moto usiwe mkali sana cook on a medium heat.

Hi.the pan u can buy on line from msa or search on fb karanja holdings or Fatma hadi.i think it's 2300.selling depend on your location.
