Dude that looks GOOD. I just got catfish filets and a have Lemmon pepper so yes. Atho I don't have a deep fryer because of of my mom won't let me. So I'll have to fry them.

Oh ya. Fry the in about a 1/4 inch oil. Will work just find. We use these for fish tacos and they are good.
