This is one of my favorites!! I'm going to have to try your version next time (totally agree about the cilantro!). I'm curious, why do you add the baking powder? Does it give it a better texture?

Could I use tinned chick peas for this recipe? I have some in the cupboard😊

You're better using dried ones because tinned ones are too wet. You only want to soak chickpeas for a few hours for great falafels. If the dough is too wet they'll disintegrate in the hot oil
