Ah I’ve heard of seitan but not made it myself. Do you just buy a bag of ‘wheat gluten’? Is it like flour? I’m intrigued!!

Yes, exactly. I get it from my local whole food store. It's harder to find in regular supermarkets.

We have lots of whole food stores in a Bristol so I’ll see if I can find some, I’d def like to give this a go!
