there is lots of method we cook bitter gourd. we usually don't prepare rice with this. Iam really getting bored of having usual ways. so i just gave a try but it came out really tasty... i heard nonveg stuffed in bittergourd from other group as well..

Ah that's good, looking forward to the other methods when you cook them. Being a vegetarian/vegan, I use besan and crushed peanuts for stuffing the bitter gourd.

Yeah sure it's my favourite vegetable actually be used to prepare tamarind gravy sometimes with dal and sometimes with stuffing sometimes we used to prepare the chips for kids definitely I I will try to post many of the recipes using bitter gourd thank you so much
