Love scones these look amazing! Dearest Maureen do you have any recipes for actual scones. I have never successfully made any?

Plain simple Scones....2 Eggs Refridgerated
1 tbls Honey, raw.
3+1/2 Cups all purpose Flour
2 tbls Baking powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/3 Cup All purpose flour
1/3 Cup Granulated sugar
3/4 Cup Butter, unsalted.
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1/4 Cup Heavy whipping Cream
1/2 Cup Whole milkMETHOD....1) Preheat the oven to 450°F , 230°C
Line the baking traywith parchment paper.2) In a medium jug beat the eggs, Buttercream and milk and reserbe about 2 tbls of the mixture.3) In a mixing bowlwith a paddle attachment, mix togetherflour, Sugar, baking powder and salt.4) add Butter and mix until nice and smooth.
( thoroughly coating the flour with butter minimizes the formation of gluton creating tender and light scones.

5) Add egg mixture until just combined. The dough will be quite sticky, but no worries transfer the dough onto a well floured surface.6) With floured hands knead the dough to smooth and flatten out on the surface to 1 inch thick disc shape. Using a 2 inch round cutter cut out as many scones as you can.7) Gather the remaining dough and repeat step 5 until the dough is used.8) Arrange the scones on a prepared baking sheet brush on the reserved egg mixture on each one and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.9) Cool the scones on a wire rack for 10 minutes, serve warm or room temperature.Cut in half add jam and whipped cream on open scones.Or fresh fruit and whipped cream.
