The mixture of all the vegetables is call Kachumbari.

Hi, may I ask what Badia complete seasoning is. I have never heard of it, is Badia a trademark or is it spice mixture. Thank you.

Thank you, yes I was just going to let you kno. I also found a list of the ingredients in the seasoning , cumin , garlic, red onion, parsley, salt and pepper, sounds delicious. Thank you for your time.
