amazing amazing!! since I have been laying off pork... I been using beef bacon, turkey Italian sausage and other cuts of meat to make fejoada. thank you for this great recipe

I like the pressure cooker idea but I prefer to do it the old school way. Low and slow in a big cast iron pot. I also smoke all my meat for 6hours then add everything to one pot having washed and soaked the beans over night.

I agree! But sometimes have no time! But I think slow cook flavor is better than pressure.
