Hey this is a really good recipe for apple crumble, it tasted good and felt verrry light also, which is great. I cooked it in 50 mins, but i didn’t get that brownish color. So maybe next time, should cook it longer or adjust the heat of my oven. Thanks anyways J

Hi Funky Nisso, well you can increase the oven’s temperature for the last few minutes or you can put it under the grill for couple minutes to make it crispy and brown.

I made this gluten free using a white rice flour mix (1 cup white rice flour to 1/2 cup tapioca starch) I used mostly blanched almonds and added some walnuts which was very nice. I used royal gala apples and would make this again.
