I believe it would turn out similar with china grass/agar agar. Just that the ratio will become importantbecause at times, china grass makes it more jelly-like, than creamy

If you do not have to demould it, then you can use china grass in lesser quantity and it would turn out to be creamy and delicious :D

You can give that a try, but then it won't have the super smooth texture of a Panna gotta
