Where are you finding wagon wheels pasta? I can’t find any. Even Walmart don’t have it.. I check 4 different stores now.

I found mine at Stop & Shop , on sale too !!!
If you can’t find the wagon wheels you can always use a different shape , like maybe the Wacky Mac pasta , those are cute , they have different colors in the package..

The one only place I haven’t checked yet was a Kroger‘s I’m beginning to think they quit making them LOL let alone finding the mini ones.
