Black pudding is a speciality in my home, the north of England. Love it! Bury, a town in the county of Lancashire produces the most prized black puddings.

Found the recipe for Bury black pudding! It uses dried pigblood and oatmeal. Next time I make a batch of what we call blood sausage, I will use those ingredients! I found the US importer.
