I made the recipe. The flavor was great, however the red rice just could not get cooked. I boiled it for over an hour at step#8, but still it was hard at the end. What do you recommend? Step 8 is unclear as to how much time it should be cooked for. Also 2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice was just not enough.
