Ooh very unusual and right up my street 😀. Warming broth is what’s needed here as it’s very cold and, unusually for this time of year, we’ve had snow.

Thank you. I learned this from two sisters from Thailand who live here. They pour boiling coconut milk over fresh chopped vegetables, noodles, rice, and meat and called it Tom Kha. Then they add red, green or yellow curry paste.
