Thank you. I was chatting with my friend last week who has a croft on the Isle of Skye (where the whisky is from) and gave me the idea to make them. It’s a 600 mile drive from where I live in the middle of England to his place so I’ve not ventured up there yet. I’ve only ever been north of Glasgow once and that was to go to a wedding at Gleneagles Golf Club - it was really cold even in July!The Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Islands look amazing but the latter is a 24 hour drive including 4 or 5 ferries! Hard to believe this of little old Britain as it looks so small. Iceland is easier to get to as a fight there takes just over 3 hours.
