Thank you so much for putting this recipe up. I used to eat Ivor Dewdney pasties daily many years ago when I was 17. A few years back I visited and tried one again and was disappointed that the recipe had changed to something similar to Ginsters

My dad was the head baker at Ivor dewdney and the recipe did change when he left 😉
