I don't have a green bell pepper, is there something I can use in place of it. This is for the cheddar smoked sausage dish.

If you have any other color of pepper at home you can use that , or if you have a jar of roasted red peppers you can you that too ( drained and sliced up ) , or just leave them out entirely and just use onions 🧅! Hope that helps ! 🙂
