Just shared my first recipe - hope you give it a try! 😀 Additional information: This works best in a combo unit, be sure to switch immediately to airfry, to maintain heat, for better browning. The hotter the better! It comes out rare in the ingredients I posted. If you want medium rare add an additional minute or two on both steps. 🥩🔥
