Couldn't get the whites whipped. Tried for about 20 min and gave up. Mixed them together anyway. Put them on the baking sheet and in the oven. Came out like an egg tortilla. Tasted like a salty egg tortilla. I think I'm going to fry some egg patties instead, alot less work too.

I'm sorry that you couldn't get them to turn out right! You can over whip your eggs which is probably what happened.
