Thank u for replying so after you put the wrap onto the egg do u flip them both over and then put everything inside Sorry for not understanding 🤪

Absolutely no problem! After you make the thin omelette you place the tortilla wrap on it and press it down a bit. Wait for a few seconds and then slide it on the plate with the egg side facing up and then put the stuffing. When you roll the wrap, the egg side will be inside and it won’t touch your hands as such, and then you wrap it in the parchment paper. If you’re not clear, please ask again. 😀👍

lol 😂 I love this too and I’m going to pickle my onions now so they will be ready and waiting for me 😋 I’m going to try as many recipes of your that I can depending on things available to me here. They don’t have real milk here so I’m going to try the paneer with powder milk instead 🤷♀️ I’ll let u know how it turns out when I make it if you like? ☺️
