Thank you. I love them. When I was a teenager we had some French students staying and they refused to eat Yorkshire puddings with the main course and asked for them to be taken away and served with ice cream after.

I am looking forward to trying this Sunday-next. Especially the "Yorkies". The wife is English/Scottish and she loves Yorkshire Pudding.

As long as the batter has been rested and the oil in the tin is piping hot before adding it, the yorkies will turn out well.
