Yes they did. Even more crazy was M&S (a very posh supermarket) went to war with another supermarket called Aldi and ended up in court over a caterpillar 🐛 shaped cake designed for children. The ‘caterpillar cake lawsuit’ was over intellectual property rights for their respective caterpillar-shaped cakes, Colin the Caterpillar and Cuthbert the Caterpillar 🤣

It’s laughed at here because of the centre aisle selling anything and everyone. People joke that they go in for a pint of milk and come out with a set of pans, a tent and some boxing gloves and have forgotten the very thing they went in for!
