Did manage too eat 2 portions too completion throughout One day, could have added Celery and Garlic. Very simple not many ingredients

Is a lot of ingredients does take a long time too cook a Casserole Carrot Hotpot, even though there is no cooking of meat. Could cook for 3 hours One hour on the hob stove and then 2 hours in the oven, can reheat the leftovers in the oven the following day

Will need more Cold tap water if baking for 2 hours in the oven, the water does evaporate . Leftovers do heat up well . A Casserole Cooking Dish with depth and with it's heavy metal Lid works well
