Is just a Recipe that I made up . Is a Vegetarian Dinner , does not matter if the cooked potatoes don't go crispy , difficult too chew the crispy slices of potato

Place 8 tablespoons of Olive Oil in one's large Stainless Steel Frying Pan which has a oven proof handle - a Stainless Steel handle. Does take time too peel the raw Carrots with a small sharp Kitchen knife and too cube them into small equal sized squares, shallow fry the raw peeled carrots on the lowest hob heat

Peel the raw small Brown Onions and Cold water wash or rinse under the Cold water tap, place on one's Green thin rectangular Plastic Chopping Board and chop with a small sharp Kitchen knife into equal thin slivers. Add to the partially cooked Carrots, add 4 pinches of Coarse Sea Salt, allow the onions to shallow fry along with the Carrots - 10 minutes before the One hour, dissolve Stock Cubes in a 600ml mug of boiling hot water.

Do add the hot boiling water Vegetable Stock to the cooked Carrots and Onions within the Stainless Steel Frying Pan, bring to the boil and simmer on the lowest hob heat for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4. Place equal sliced raw potatoes over the top, add 4 tablespoons Olive Oil over the top and add 4 pinches of Coarse Sea Salt and then bake in the oven at Gas Mark 4 for One hour, allow too cool over night in the large Stainless Steel Frying Pan.

Reheat the following day and bake in the oven at Gas Mark 6 for One hour.
Tips
When reheating at Gas Mark 6 could place Kitchen Foil over the top to prevent the potatoes from becoming over crisp
