Awww yes I am and when did you come here? My husband and I are building a house and moving in at the end of December. Which part of Enugu did you visit ?

@cook_112236741 Great! I lived in Enugu for almost 18 years! I grew up there. Went to F.G. College and then after A levels, moved back to Pakistan. We used to live in GRA, on Imoke Street. Two of my brothers are still in Nigeria, but in Abuja.

Wow u lived here for 18 yrs that’s just so amazing. Did u love it here? Do you miss it at all? Right now we live in golf estates and our house is near Nike lake. Which is so nice since at the moment not very many places built up. What did you study in college? And are you currently using what you studied as a career? What is Pakistan like ? Sorry for so many questions I enjoy talking getting to know other women. I’m trying to learn the language here and when my husband tells me it’s incorrect I can’t help but laugh because of the difference in sounds. Do you know Igbo language?

@cook_112236741 Sorry for getting back to you late! Yes i did love it there. It was not so peaceful as you would hear gunshots at night and learn in the morning that someone's house was robbed! I didn't have any friends; the neighbourhood kids were mean, made fun of me and even called me some names not worth mentioning, due to my condition. No one knows that I had to endure this. Just had some school friends that stayed in school.
Senior Secondary was no different. Then after my JAMB exam the uni took the fees and all and then on the first day kicked me out....due to my condition.

@cook_112236741 By then dad had retired and we came back to Pakistan. Here I did have some friends in college and I am in touch with a few. Completed college, went to uni and topped with gold medal in the same course that Uni in Nigeria rejected me!
Worked in the industry; made some female enemies! for no reason. After training juniors and seeing them get promoted and all, I asked for promotion and the next day was kicked out....again on the grounds related to my condition. So did freelancing and then companies said it is for "Free"!
Log story short, migrated to Canada with husband. Went to culinary school and no one wants to hire me due to my condition. So I am just a home cook!
