@cook_112236741 thank you! I have been a chef for 20+ years but I am the absolute worst at writing down my recipes. So challenging myself in the new year to actually write down and document my recipes. Will make it easier for when I want to make a cookbook!

@cook_112236741 My father had restaurants all of his life, so I grew up in the kitchen. Had the opportunity to work with some amazing chefs over the years while I developed my own style. I love fusions of different foods. Anything Asian, Spanish ect. strong bold flavors using different spices and herbs. I've developed a pretty delicious Thai Coconut Green Curry over the years and its one of my faves!

Thank you so much for sharing with me. What an amazing journey this sounds to me. I can’t even imagine how much fun it had to be growing up in a restaurant with amazing chefs. My grandparents came from Italy when they were children, so when I was little I would watch my pap in the kitchen making homemade pasta. I taught myself at 14 by following Betty Crocker cards lol but I’m not anywhere close to the amazing cook you are. I just love the peace and relaxation it brings me. I can’t wait to see what else you bring to the table Ty again.
