Looks delicious! Can I use granulated sugar instead of raw sugar or does it change the taste/texture?

@CookingbyGeorge Thank you 😊 Granulated sugar works perfectly fine. Raw sugar only gives a subtle caramel flavour and slightly richer colour, but the cake texture stays soft and delicious either way.
