Hi Jane. I deep-fry them at the right temperature and make sure the dough mixture is well balanced. This helps the wrapper turn perfectly golden and crispy every time. Proper sealing is a must and also resting the dough also helps keep the texture nice and crispy when fried. Hope you try it. 😊
