Grandma Isobel's Pie

Wow Laura this is such a remarkable story about your family history! That pie looks so delectable too I’m not sure what lemon jelly is. Is it an actual jelly or is it jello that’s already made and then you melt it? I love the bakery picture too. Who is the lovely looking lady there? Your aunt sounds like she was a ton of fun. My brother and I used to whip each other with wet dish towels too lol growing up. I’ve been sitting here for the last 2 hrs reading your beautiful recipes? You are incredibly gifted in so many amazing ways!

It’s a packet here of set jelly in cubes that you melt in hot water then pour into whatever mould need to set in. Use it in trifles. Make here is Hartleys.
