Great recipe. Love the idea of using pineapple juice in rolls. Could I ask you much is in the sachet of yeast you mention? I have a tin of instant dried yeast but sachets look they contain 7g which equates to 1/4 oz.

The yeast packets I generally use are standard size so they should be as you mentioned around 2 1/4 teaspoon (7g). 😊 The brands I buy are either Fleischmanns or Red Star quick rise yeast packets.
