I love the name. This, with the addition of lemon juice, is called Marie Rose sauce here in the UK and is served on cooked prawns and crisp lettuce as a starter.

I didn’t know that! Marie Rose sauce sounds much fancier than what we call it over here! 😂 I’ll have to try adding lemon juice sometime to try it out.
