I love g-nut sauce. But how do you know it is cooked? And how do you ensure it doesn't stick to the pan? (which it does even with stirring continuously)

Cook it under low heat. That will ensure it does not stick to the pan.

I had this sauce once at my friend's place, his mum is Ugandan. I have always wanted to know how to make it. Thanks for the recipe and the steps but I would like to know at what point in the steps above do you add the groundnuts?
