V can't eat coconut oil as much as v want. By some measures, it is healthy as butter. It has a high content of saturated fat. 12 gms per 1 tbsp. It raises both good & bad cholesterol. It is creamy & fatty. Good for baking. Not for frying. So uses a little just for taste nd flavour.
