I am making the homemade bread plat. if I wanted to cook it tomorrow will it be ok to leave the dough at the just before cooking stage? thank you

Hi Ana! that was a great recipie👌I've followed it and have made two amazing loaves of bread through these ingredients, couldn't make a better loaf 🍞😁 thank you 👍

Hi Mira, I put a teaspoon and a quarter of dry active yeast (5 to 7 granms) into a mug of lukewarm water with a teaspoon of honey and let the yeast foam at the top (takes about 10 mins), then gradually stirred it into the mixture, we all have our own methods, but you could just as easily put a 5g teaspoon of dry active yeast into flour mixture then add the water separately, hope that helps

Yes Mira, enjoy and remember if you get it wrong first time, just amend the ingredients (amounts) until you get it right, bread can be the simplest formula to get wrong 🍞
