Can I just check that the oven temperature is correct in this recipe. 160 degrees seems a very low temperature for bread. Many thanks, Hilary

Hello, i had it low as I ended up baking mine for almost an hour (low long heat) as it's a large loaf. You could bring it up to 180 and bake for a shorter time
