
Wow the flavours!! Been meaning to try this recipe for ages! I didn’t add wine and saw in one of the french recipes that they add flour to the onion so I did that (1 teaspoon).
I also don’t have a cocotte so I cooked the onions on very low heat on the hob for an hour. I LOVE onions and this will definitely become a regular.

I finished it all already sozzz! But we should make it together. I want to try it by cooking the onions in a cocotte in the oven

This can be cooked in a big portion to share, especially on a cold day. A good amount of cheeese, too
