Put poha, flour and yogurt in a bowl. Mix well. Add half cup water, stir well and keep this mixture aside for 30 mins.

After 30 mins, mix it once and add onions, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, green chillies and salt.

Now add 1 cup water and mix well.

Make cheela like consistency of this batter.

Heat a pan, drizzle some oil and put spoonful batter into pan. Give it a round shape like cheela.

Cook it for 3-4 mins on medium flame from one side. Now flip it and cook from other side till golden brown.

Cut cheela into 2 halves. Roll them.

Poha Roll is ready to serve. Relish it with ketchup or chutney.
