Heat ghee in pressure cooker, saute onion and tamari, add all vegetable.

Now add all masale to taste, mix well

Add water, rice and mix well, close lid tightly of pressure cooker and cooked khichdi for 4 to 5 whistle.

Remove steam and serve hot.
