  • 100 ghard type tofu
  • 15-20small shrimp
  • 30 gleek
  • 1 tablespoonstarch
  • 1.5 teaspoonoyster sauce
  • 1egg white
  • Rice paper

  1. 1

    Ingredients: cut shrimp

    Mix tofu, shrimp and seasoning.

    Put Tofu mixture on rice paper. Stick with flour-water removing air inside.

    Fry in 1cm deep oil.
