Ingredients

  • Batter
  • 1 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 cupSmart Balance
  • 8Egg yokes
  • 3/4 Cupbuttermilk
  • 1 1/2 tspvanilla
  • 2 tspBaking powder
  • 1 JarMarciano cherries
  • 2 CupsKing Arthur flour
  • 2 canssliced pineapple
  • 1 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream together Smart balance (butter) & suger.

  2. 2

    Add the salt, baking powder, vanilla mix well

  3. 3

    Add egg yolks & mix well

  4. 4

    Add flour & buttermilk mix well.

  5. 5

    Lay out pineapple, walnuts & cherry’s in one of your cake pans. (This will be your top)

  6. 6

    Lay out your bottom pan with just pineapples on the bottom & sides.

  7. 7

    Pour batter in pans evenly & bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
